Call Center Sales Service Representative
Western Dental seeks experienced, talented and motivated staff for our Call Center located in our headquarters office in Orange County.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Service Representative will provide quality service on all inbound and outbound calls to new and existing patients for the purpose of centralizing patient eligibility and facilitate conversation with patient into scheduling an appointment with Western Dental Services, Inc.
COMPENSATION $26,000 – $30,000 annually.

Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Experience/Skills:
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required.
- High level proficiency of computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Good listening skills.
- Strong sales skills is a Must. 1 year of sales experience required.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Flexible schedule is a must.
- References from previous employers are required.
- Dental background is a plus!
