Biography

Mr. DeCamp is a Human Resources executive with over 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience with various organizations. He is responsible for leading all human resources functions at Western Dental's corporate offices and more than 225 dental offices.  His responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee retention and development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefit administration, workers compensation and the development of strategic human resources initiatives in support of company goals. Mr. DeCamp holds a BA in Journalism from Drake University and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.
