Biography

Mr. Joe is a financial executive with experience in various companies. He is responsible for managing all the day-to-day financial operations at Western Dental's offices and its more than 225 dental centers, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and cost control management. In addition, he works closely with the company's quality assurance team to ensure the most cost-effective implementation of Western Dental's revolutionary Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS). Prior to joining Western Dental, Mr. Joe worked at Arthur Andersen where his activities comprised various aspects of corporate finance, initial public offerings, acquisitions, mergers and due diligence. Mr. Joe is a certified public accountant in the State of California and has a degree in accounting from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
